Dong Vui Privacy Policy
Vietnam law requires organisations that receive customer's personal data to publish their personal data protection policy.
Dong Vui complies with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP.
Personal data is divided into two categories, basic and sensitive.
We will keep basic personal data about employees as required in order to manage the staff, pay salaries, etc.
We will keep minimal basic personal data about customers as required in order to serve the customer and offer relevant products and services.
We will avoid keeping sensitive personal data about anyone.
Wherever possible, data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
Our organisation is not large enough to justify a personal data protection department. Enquiries should be made directly to the general management
