Sattvik is the vegetarian and vegan kitchen at Đông Vui, bringing fresh plant-based food into the food court’s mix of international flavours.

The stall joined Đông Vui in June 2026, but its story in Mũi Né started earlier. Sulekha, the mind behind Sattvik, has been serving vegan food in Mũi Né since 2024, building a menu around care, balance, and food that feels nourishing without being heavy.
