Businesses operating at Dong Vui are required to comply with rules regarding food hygiene, paying taxes, operating a registered company, etc.  They are also not permitted to stay in Dong Vui  if they open a competing business nearby.

It took us 3 months to kick this cook out. 

They have moved to a bar on the beach.
