Dong Vui Returns Policy
Google requires organisations that advertise on Google Ads are required to have a "Returns Policy".
Dong Vui does not sell anything online, therefore we cannot return anything.
Regarding any food and drink bought whilst at Dong Vui:-
If a customer is not satisfied with the food or drink, they should immediately speak to the kitchen or bar where it was sold. They should stop eating / drinking the item immediately and return it to where it was served.
The customer should then discuss the problem with the cook / manager and ask for the problem to be corrected.
If the problem cannot be corrected then the customer will normally be offered an alternative. If no alternative is possible then normally the cost will be returned.
If the food /drink is more than 80% consumed, then the customer might receive a significantly reduced compensation. It is very important to stop consuming the unsatisfactory product immediately.
